Disco noisy Sophie
I stayed two nights in this hotel so this is about room 3 (which applies to similar rooms 1 to 8: the superior rooms). The superior rooms are extremely noisy and dark, so stay away. The rooms have no windows but a colour patched panel. This means that you get no light from the outside but you get all the noise and zero privacy. On the evening we arrived a group of guests decided to put pop music on in the pool. We got all of that so it felt like being in the middle of a disco.. so much for choosing a garden hotel! Zero peace and quiet. During the night you could hear the doors slam of the room nearby and people going out for a smoke.There are no “no smoking” signs so people can smoke in front of you room. Also you can hear everything going on in the nearby kitchen. Finally the AC must be from the 80ies it’s s very old and probably belongs to a museum. You can only be too hot or too cold,nothing in between. And you will feel as if your inside a truck.. it’s that noisy The breakfast is so so and mainly tailored for local taste (lots of chicken stew and curry dishes). I asked for a cappuccino as the coffee is the filtered one. They did have it but you need to pay additional. Now, for a hotel of this price it should not be extra to ask for a decent coffee. It doesn’t give a good impression. The garden could be better if they didn’t have the motor and generators just there and running at all times. You don’t hear the nature but electrical and buzzing sound everywhere.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful though they cannot fix the mistakes from the managers of the hotel. The hotel is expanding so there’s a construction site behind. Maybe thanks to this it was possible to sneak to the seafront in the middle of the mangroves. This was extremely beautiful and I really hope that the hotel expansion does not plan to destroy it. It was probably the only thing I really enjoyed as it was natural and peaceful

The room was not cleaned after the first day but for Valentines they were preparing nice tables and love music on the Garten so kind of compensated ;)

Great resort, great ambience with super friendly staff.
The location is great, close to town and it's quiet regardless of the construction going on next to the rooms. The dining room exceeded my expectations, the breakfast buffet was superb with great selections. The swimming pool was also good and big enough to enjoy it. Our room was very spacious for the 3 of us. The overall ambience of the resort was totally peaceful.
